  • Does not include offensive, abusive, violent, sexual, or frightening material.

8. Moderation & Removal of Content

All user-generated content may be reviewed manually before or after being published. Reading Owl reserves the right to:

  • Review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any user-generated content.
  • Remove content without prior notice if it violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content guidelines.

Reading Owl is not responsible for user-generated content posted by users but will take reasonable steps to remove inappropriate content when identified or reported.

If you encounter content that you believe is inappropriate or violates these Terms, you may report it using the Contact section. We aim to review reported content within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reading Owl is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website.

Reading Owl is a platform for educational use and does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of user-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reading Owl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from user-generated content posted by users.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If you are a parent or legal guardian using Reading Owl on behalf of a child, you agree that any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the website, or the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • The arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral third-party arbitrator.
  • The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gurugram, India.
  • The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
  • The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

This arbitration clause applies only to parents or legal guardians and not directly to minor users.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where required by law.
Subject to the Arbitration clause, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of Reading Owl or these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
